No. Anyone who downloaded a video once can download it again anytime, without a credit and without it counting for you a second time. That keeps the math clean.

For downloads we do, through the subscriptions. Buyers pay a flat rate, not per video. For packs you choose from fixed sizes: Mini, Standard or Premium. We set their prices, which keeps you out of a race to the bottom.

We do. You pick the size, we set the price, which keeps the market steady. Prices are in credits: a pack costs around 40 percent fewer credits than its videos would cost one by one. A single download is always 1 credit. Subscribers pay less again on top. Your share is the same as on downloads: 30 percent, 50 as a Founding Creator. The current price is always shown in the app.

One credit is one download, video or photo. Subscribers get credits every month and spend one per download. For you every download counts the same, whichever plan it comes from. Likes and comments bring visibility, never money.

Your Creator Studio shows views, downloads and earnings per month, plus your most downloaded videos. There is no price per asset, because the value only exists at month end, once revenue is in.

No. No subscription, no fee for applying or uploading. We only earn when your content is downloaded or bought.

A pack is a selection of your approved videos at a fixed price. In the app you pay with credits, on the website by card. Subscribers pay less. You receive your rate on the pack's net proceeds, after store and payment fees, independent of the monthly revenue.

You work as a freelancer, taxes are yours to handle. For payouts we need your identity and bank details, in some countries tax details too. Your Studio shows a monthly statement with downloads and amount.

Yes. Every user has a referral link in the app. When someone subscribes through it, you get 20 percent of their first payment as credits. One time, on the first payment. They are credited 30 days later, because until then the payment can still be reversed. The app shows you from day one how much is coming and when. Referring yourself does not count, and neither does a second account using the same payment method.

With credits you can push a video or your profile up for a few days. Anything boosted is marked “Sponsored” so nobody is misled. Paid placement never lands in the top spotlight automatically.

To your bank account, monthly on the 15th, once you have $20. Through Stripe Connect where available, otherwise by bank transfer from us. We hold 30 days against chargebacks, so your first payout arrives 45 to 75 days after your first download. No PayPal, no Wise.

Your balance keeps adding up, nothing expires. As soon as it reaches $20 we pay out. In your Studio you can also choose to keep collecting if you prefer larger transfers.

Yes. Creators from every EU country can apply. You need a bank account in your name, that is where we pay out, through Stripe Connect or by bank transfer.

Yes, fully. You remain the copyright holder of every upload. We only get the license to offer it in the library. Buyers receive a usage license, never the copyright.

Use it on their channels and for their clients: social media, website, advertising, worldwide, no credit required. Not allowed: reselling the file, passing it on or offering it as their own stock material.

Yes. The license covers paid advertising on Meta, TikTok and other channels, with no time or territory limit. What is not allowed: reselling the file or offering it as stock.

No term, no territory list. Resale is off limits — and with the Personal license, so are client work and large paid campaigns; that is what Business is for. Whichever applies to a download is recorded at download time and does not change later.

Only towards other stock and UGC platforms: while a video is live with us, the same video may not be offered there. Your own channels, portfolio, brand deals and direct clients stay completely free.

To your own clients yes, anytime. On competing stock or UGC platforms no, as long as it is live with us. If you want to list a video there, withdraw it here, it goes offline after 30 days.

If we find a video on a competing platform, you get a message with the reason and 14 days. After that we take the video offline. Your account stays, unless breaches pile up, then the warning rules apply.

Yes, every upload is your decision. Nothing is taken automatically, nothing is pulled from your channels. You upload what you want to offer.

Yes, anytime in your Studio. After 30 days the video is offline. Whatever was downloaded until then stays usable for the buyers, that is part of the license they bought.

Your content leaves with you. We own none of it, everything is offline within 30 days at most. Downloads already bought stay valid for the buyers.

No. Only real footage you hold all rights to. In return, we never train AI on your content, that is guaranteed in the terms.

Then you need their consent before uploading. You confirm this when you upload. Without consent we decline, which protects you and the buyer.

No. The app plays a small preview. Full resolution only comes with the download, and that costs a credit.

No individual contracts. The creator terms live in the app with a version number, you accept them once before your first submission. If something material changes, we ask you again.

No, the same terms for everyone. The Founding rules, 50 percent and 15 uploads a month, are their own section inside.

Right when you are approved as a Founding Creator, not after your first pack. House content is unlimited for you, creator content costs credits for you too, because someone earns on it.

As a Founding Creator once on launch day, that is part of the deal. As a regular creator no. Anyone who posts uses their referral link and earns once on every subscription that comes through it.

Anyone who shoots their own videos or photos in social-media quality. A big account is not required. We look at the material, not the reach.

You see the reason in plain words on the video. Rework it and resubmit, right from your Studio. Deleting a video yourself is neither a rejection nor a warning.

A message with a reason when an upload breaks the rules, like third-party music or material that is not yours. Three warnings in 90 days lock the account. A rejection for image quality is not a warning.

Yes, once in the app: ID and selfie. Without it you cannot publish and cannot get paid out — it is not an extra for the checkmark. Takes two minutes. Only our core team sees the data, every access is logged, it is deleted after a fixed period.

Yes, with one account. You upload and can download from the library at the same time.

In the app under Settings → Account. Your content goes offline right away, the account is deleted for good after 30 days. Sign back in before that and everything is restored. If you still have earnings waiting, we pay them out first.
