Creative Stocks is operated by Limitless Agency - F.Z.E, Office C1-1F-SF11789, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, UAE. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms. The language of the contract is German; this English version is here to be understood. On the App Store the iOS app is, for the time being, distributed by MPAGENCY MARKETING - FZCO; the service and content are provided by Limitless Agency - F.Z.E.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create one. You are responsible for your login details and must not pass them on. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines in the app; we will tell you why.
How the contract is formed
Showing subscriptions, credit bundles and packs is not yet an offer. The contract is formed when you complete the purchase and we confirm it. If you buy through the App Store or Google Play, the contract is formed with that store and its terms apply as well.
Prices and payment
The price shown at the time of purchase applies, including any VAT. Payments run through the App Store, Google Play or Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause access until it has been settled.
Subscription and credits
A subscription runs until you cancel and renews automatically for the term you booked. Each tier includes a monthly amount of credits — one credit is one download. Unused credits do not expire. Content you have downloaded once never costs credits again. Credits are not money: we do not pay them out and do not exchange them back.
Free trial
The trial lasts seven days and covers our own library. If you do not cancel before it ends, it turns into a running subscription. One trial per person.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the period you paid for. A subscription bought on our website is cancelled without logging in at Cancel subscription — or in the billing portal. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled there, not with us. If you delete your account, a website subscription ends immediately, without a refund of the remaining term. We may cancel with 30 days’ notice; we refund any paid but unused term on a pro rata basis.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the contract is formed. A clear statement to contact@creative-stocks.com is enough.
Early expiry: For digital content and services the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance and you have expressly agreed to this and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. That is the case as soon as you download a piece of content or spend credits. If you withdraw before that, we refund in full within 14 days to the same payment method.
For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, refunds follow that store’s terms.
Refunds through the App Store
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple, not by us. When you request one, Apple asks us whether we delivered and how much of the purchase you have already used. If we do not answer within twelve hours, Apple decides without our input.
What we send: whether the credits were granted, how many of them you have spent, how long your account has existed, how long you have used the app, whether it is suspended, and the total of your past purchases and refunds. Time spans and amounts are sent as coarse brackets, never as exact figures. We send no content, no search terms and nothing you have uploaded.
You give your consent when you buy credits; we record when, and to which version of these terms. Without it we send Apple nothing beyond the bare request, and the refund is decided on Apple's terms alone. You can withdraw your consent at any time at contact@creative-stocks.com; this applies from the moment of withdrawal, not retroactively. Details are in our privacy policy.
Content and licence
What you may do with downloaded content is set out in the licence terms. All rights in the platform itself — software, design, brand — stay with us.
Creators
Anyone who uploads content assures us they hold all necessary rights and have obtained the consent of the people shown. You keep ownership of your content and grant us the right to show it on the platform and to pass it on to users within the licence. We review uploads before they go live and may remove content that breaks our rules.
For approved content, creators receive a share of the revenue their downloads generate; the rate is fixed at approval and does not change for that piece of content afterwards. Payouts run monthly above a minimum amount shown in Creator Studio. The full rules are in the creator terms, which you accept before your first upload.
How we rank
What shows up high in the feeds and in search is decided by a formula. It works with five signals: downloads, watch time, comments, likes and views. Downloads weigh the most, because they are the only signal tied to money. Your own likes and comments do not count. On top of that comes freshness: an upload loses weight over time, and new uploads get a starting window so they are seen at all.
Two things lift a result further. Founding creators get a bonus during their first months. And visibility can be bought — such content is always labelled as an ad, never lands in the most prominent spot automatically, and at most one item in a row is an ad. Content from our own library gets preferential treatment in some rows; we say so here because it affects where everyone else lands.
The values the formula currently uses are listed in the app under “How we rank”. They are pulled live from our settings there, so this page does not go stale the moment we change a weight.
What is not allowed
- Sharing or reselling your login details.
- Scraping the library automatically.
- Uploading other people’s content without the rights to it.
- Content that infringes third-party rights or breaks the law.
Reports and complaints
If a piece of content infringes rights or breaks our rules, report it in the app or write to contact@creative-stocks.com. We review every report and tell both you and the person concerned what we decided and why. You can appeal our decision within six months.
Liability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual duties our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Beyond that, liability is excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the law, the technology or our offering changes. We announce material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. If you do not object before they take effect, they are deemed accepted; if you object, you may cancel with effect from the same date. We point this out in the announcement.
Governing law
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies. The place of jurisdiction is Ajman, United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, the mandatory protective rules of your country of residence remain untouched and you may also bring proceedings where you live. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in force.
Governing version
These terms exist in German and in English. The German version governs; the English one is a translation. Where it differs, that is a mistake on our side and we will fix it.
